(For Chinese GB code only)
format:                     #ctoi {x} {y}

converts chinese GB code y to digits.
Later version will also converts chinese direction
east/west et al to e,w,s,n,... (not implemented yet)
Can be disabled in compile option. (get rid of "-DCHINESE" flag)
#example: #ctoi {x} {三千四百五十一}
x will be 3451
