format:         #strrchr {string1} {string2}

Similar to C function strrchr(char* str, char ch).
Reverse search of the 1st occurrence of char string2 (actually it is
the 1st char of string2) in string1, then assign the 0 based
index of string1 to the default variable $_.
assign -1 to $_ if search does not match.
(well, here we used some Perl convention.)
